INVESTORS TO PARTNER WITH CAPE COAST TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY TO PRODUCE FUELLESS GENERATOR IN LARGE SCALE

 

Cape Coast Technical University has invented a fuelless generator that uses battery and inventor. The creativity in this invention is that, there is mechanism for the battery to be recharged whiles the generator is functioning.

This was made know at the exhibition of the Applied Research Conference of Technical Universities and Polytechnics in Ghana at Ho.

The invention attracted some investors to partner with the university in producing it in a large scale to be sold both in Ghana and outside the country. The generator can be operated for 10 hours.

The Senior Minister Ing. Yaw Osafo- Maafo who visited the exhibition stand was astonished by the invention of Cape Coast Technical University.

The Vice Chancellor of Cape Coast Technical University, Ing. Prof. Joshua Danso Owusu Sekyere pledged to support both the department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to improve on the technology.
